Facility Rentals

We have a choice of facilities suitable for a wide range of leisure and community activities.

We offer a flexible pricing scheme for all our customers. Online booking requests will receive a quotation via email or you can call us to discuss your needs. Registered users have access to all their booking information and can easily make repeat bookings and manage their account.

Please note that the facility capacities shown are approximate and depend on the event.

Front Hall

Private, show, or event 

  • Pricing: $225 per night
  • Capacity: 100 people

Audio and lighting technicians

Any rentals requiring sound or lights for an event, will need to hire our approved technicians.

  • Per show (5 hours): $200 per technician.
  • Hourly rate after 5 hours: $35 / hour per technician.

Back Hall

Private, show, or event 

  • Pricing: $15 per hour or $50 per night
  • Capacity: 80 people

Outdoor Covered Space

Private, show, or event 

  • Pricing: Variable
  • Capacity: 270 people

$50 per day to rent the outdoor covered space (OCS).

This includes the space, access to the included lights and power of the space, but does not include access inside the building – aka bathrooms, kitchen, etc.

  • Per show (5 hours): $200 per technician.

  • Non-residential weddings (non-island residents): $1500 for 3 days of hall rental
  • Local resident weddings: $500 for 3 days of hall rental
